Ontario Rules You Get at Pinnacle

  • Licence: to be listed, the company had to be approved by the AGCO (the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, which sets the gambling rules) and sign a contract with iGaming Ontario.
  • Sports bets: a bet that joins several games has to be labelled as a parlay, and if the odds change before your bet goes through, you decide whether to take the new odds or get your stake back.
  • Slots: every spin needs its own press (no auto-play), each spin lasts at least 2.5 seconds, and the screen keeps a running total of your wins and losses for the session, in Canadian dollars.
  • Travelling: you can still sign in to Pinnacle while you are away, but iGaming Ontario says bets are only allowed once you are back in Ontario.
